Shane brings over 20 years of experience across the banking and financial services industry in Barbados, including 8 years as a Business Analyst and 8 years as a Compliance Officer. He holds an MSc. in Digital Business (Distinction).
His deep operational background gives him a unique lens for identifying where AI can solve real business problems — not just in theory, but in practice.
